Integrative Counseling + Mentoring

Life is our teacher.

The next stage of your growth isn't about doing more — it's about becoming more whole.

In this work, we use each opportunity, challenge, and stuck place as a doorway — on a path of revelation, expansion, and landing in your true nature.

Counseling + Mentoring

I work with leaders, creatives, healers, and everyday heroes who sense that the next stage of their growth isn't about doing more—it's about becoming more whole.

My clients have often achieved a great deal outwardly, yet feel a quieter hunger underneath: for meaning, for ground, for alignment between who they are and how they live. Some carry old wounds that still shape their relationships and decisions. Some have tried therapy but found it didn't go deep enough. Some are navigating transitions—in work, in identity, in what they're being asked to become.

Together, we work to bring to consciousness the patterns, beliefs, and unmetabolized pain that block the flow of creativity, presence, and inner guidance. We heal what needs healing so you can lead, create, and love from a more grounded, ensouled place.

The work is experiential, body-oriented, and alchemical. We don't just talk about change—we make transformations in the moment and open new possibilities for integration into daily life, leadership, and relationships.

My approach draws on depth psychology, Hakomi and Sensorimotor psychotherapy, ecopsychology, and twenty years of study in contemplative and earth-based traditions—including Traditional Amazonian medicine, the Diamond Approach, and yoga.

Areas I support:

I work with people navigating:

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and chronic stress

  • Depression, low mood, and loss of meaning

  • Burnout — including leadership, founder, and caregiver burnout

  • Relational and developmental (attachment) wounds — patterns of disconnection, bracing, or self-abandonment that shape how you love

  • Intimacy, connection, and relationship difficulties — struggling to be close, to be seen, or to ask for what you need

  • Grief, loss, and major life transitions

  • Women's empowerment — reclaiming your voice, your boundaries, your power, and your desire

  • Highly sensitive and empathic temperaments

  • Spiritual development, awakening, and spiritual emergence

  • Integration of ceremony, psychedelic, and other expanded-state experiences

  • Creative blocks and reconnecting with purpose

Every barrier is
a doorway
to greater creativity, wisdom, and essential Life.

Our work brings you home to the two great homecomings:

Come home to yourself. Reconnect with your own trust, power, creativity, and internal compasss. Develop emotional intelligence you can trust to show you what’s real and what’s next.

Heal your relationships. Integrate the parts of you that split off through early developmental and attachment wounds, so you can lead and love from wholeness rather than protection.

As we heal, we open blockages to the source of our creativity and wellness. We learn to let Life teach and guide us through grace, not force.

Who I help

Together, we weave a better world — from the inside out.

You might recognize yourself here:

  • You're succeeding on the outside but running on will and drive — and your body is sending the bill, in depletion, numbness, or anxiety.

  • You feel everything deeply — a highly sensitive, empathic person or healer who has lost the thread of your own needs and boundaries while holding space for everyone else.

  • You've lost contact with your own creativity, aliveness, or sense of what you actually want — the inspiration that used to move you feels blocked.

  • You've done therapy, and it helped — but it didn't reach the spiritual depth you knew was there.

  • Old relational and developmental wounds keep surfacing — you brace when someone gets close, disappear when you're seen, or can't ask for what you need.

  • You're moving through a threshold — a transition, a loss, a stuck place, a stretch of anxiety or depression — and you need a wise companion for the passage.

  • Something opened — in ceremony, in an expanded-state experience, in grief — and you need help integrating it into a rooted, livable life.

For the Individual, For the Collective

Our world is a cauldron of change and opportunity for awakening. On one hand, we are individuals working through our own inner conditioning, developmental history, and stories. On the other, we are cells in a collective body that is transforming together, as the Earth becomes increasingly more connected and coherent.

Deep inside, we feel the struggle and unshakable intelligence of Planet Earth. As many indigenous elders would say: the Earth herself is speaking through those who are listening. We are not separate from Nature, or from each other.

In these polarized times, we have a precious opportunity — to catalyze our own inner development and to take part in the emergence of a new world. It starts with awakening our own true nature.

I see each individual’s journey as a part of our collective transformation towards a spiritually just, socially equitable, and ecologically regenerative world.

How We Work

You are a vibrant living system woven into the larger systems all around you. Therefore, when we work together we address the balance of your whole system – the body, mind, heart and spirit, and your relationships to the all.

Our work may not look like standard therapy, sitting in a chair and talking about your past.

This approach integrates:

  • Modern psychology grounded in clinical practice using somatic, relational and trauma-informed approaches as well as eco-psychological and Jungian approaches

  • Earth-based traditional medicine learned through 15 years of intensive study with indigenous healers

  • Contemplative spiritual practices, including Diamond Approach and Buddhist perspectives, that penetrate questions of truth and their applications towards true health and vitality

The work is experiential, somatic, relational, and presence-based. We don't just talk about change — we make transformations in the moment and integrate them into daily life, leadership, and relationships.

My approach draws on depth psychology, Hakomi and Sensorimotor psychotherapy, ecopsychology, and over twenty years of contemplative practice — including fifteen years of training in Traditional Amazonian medicine, the Diamond Approach, and yoga.

I offer counseling in 12-session containers, weekly or biweekly, over about three to six months. Sessions are 60–90 minutes, in person or over Zoom. Cost is $200/session. Some clients will choose to supplement their counseling with traditional herbal remedies or ritual work. For some clients, I work alongside their licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor.

The first step is a free introduction call, so we can feel whether this is a fit.
