This course is an invitation to connect more deeply into the seat of your soul.  Winter is a time of going inwards and letting the darkness hold our inner exploration. This course will be transformative multi-month journey in community, taking us through the yin of winter to blossom in springtime with a deeper connection to Self, alignment, and inspiration. What you discover in yourself will flower as a gift for our world.

Working with the plants is tool that supports our every day path of integrating our inner worlds and remembering our belonging in our communities and natural world. This group is a free offering for us to come together and share our integration process of any journeys or daily life. We will do 3-4 brief counseling sessions, through which everyone can reflect on their own journeys and learn tools for growth.
