Subtle Body Self care
Foundations of Energetic Hygiene: Subtle-Body Self-Care for Practitioners
Tuesday, August 5 · 5–8pm
Learn Energetic Hygiene to Protect Your Journeys, Yourself, and Your Clients
A hands-on evening of basic, essential skills for subtle-body self-care, containment, and clearing — for therapists, guides, healers, and space-holders.
So many of us who do this work end our days depleted, over-empathic, or dysregulated — carrying home what belonged to the session. And across the expanding world of expanded-state work, spaces are being held with little regard for the principles of containment, protection, and clearing that are foundational to holding space well.
The indigenous traditions have always shown us that we do not do this work alone. We heal, and we hold space, in relationship with the allies of nature and spirit. Yet most of us were trained inside a materialistic, individualist paradigm — and in it, we miss the true potential of our work: to help reweave the world in alignment with the interdependence that is our true nature.
This evening offers the basic skills of containment, protection, and clearing to begin a practice that protects you and deepens your work. You'll leave with tools you can use immediately, in your own practice and with those you serve.
This is a live, interactive evening. We'll practice together, not just talk about it, so come ready to turn your camera on and drop in. All registrants receive the recording.
This introduction opens into a longer course on energetic hygiene skills offered this fall, a community of practice for sharing these skills, and consulting with Jordana.
