The Journey

Over three months, we will open the subconscious with the use of herbs and microdoses of sacred plants. We will use the body, dreams, and community inquiry to unearth the psycho-energetic structures that limit our fullest expression.

A sacred ceremony on the Spring Equinox will be our place to renew prayers and intentions, and support each other deeply as an aligned community.

We are here in the most potent of times, bringing to light deeper possibilities for a new Earth. We are all co-creators in this project, but the great fallacy is when we attempt to do it with mind alone.

Earth Essence is a place for us to connect with the living heart of Nature, the health of the community mind, and the potency of our own true nature. In this way, we gather energy and support for our deepest dreams, for a whole self, and a healed planet.

The Earth + Essence Method

Based on the Traditional Amazonian Plant Dieta, Earth + Essence Healing is an integrated approach that weaves:

Systems-based understanding of how psyche, soma, and ecology interconnect
Somatic practices that work through the body, not around it
Relational healing within community and with the living Earth
Developmental awareness of how patterns form and can transform
Collective context - your healing in service to the whole
Realization of true Nature - your essential self beyond conditioning

This is experiential, embodied, body-mind-soul work. Our methods include the below:

Meditation - cultivating presence and awareness
Movement & Yoga - awakening somatic intelligence
Food as Medicine - eating in harmony with seasonal rhythms
Herbal Protocols - working with traditional Amazonian herbs and microdoses of sacred plants
Ceremony - gathering at the equinox for renewal and prayer
Dreamwork - learning to read the messages of the subconscious
Deep Inquiry - both 1:1 and group sessions to illuminate what's ready to shift
